If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, there is a defect in the product or you want to exchange the product for another size or color we are here to help.
Items purchased via a credit card have 60 days to initiate the return or exchange. Here are the steps that the consumer must follow:
1. Contact the store via email with your intentions of return or exchange within 60 days. We will return your email with return mailing instructions.
2. Return your purchase including the receipt or packing slip in the time specified.
3. Item's must be returned in the condition that they were received, unused and unwashed.
4. Custom product's are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
If you are returning a product, your credit card will be refunded once we receive the item(s) and said item's meet the criteria of Step 3.
If you are exchanging an item or items, your replacement will be shipped out after we receive the original sale item(s) and they meet the criteria of Step 3.
